Report on the study on the socio-economic implications of violence against women in Botswana

This report was commissioned by the Government of Botswana in 1998.

This publication includes the methodology and literature review as well as the survey findings which include the nature of violence against women, the economic impact and perceptions and causes of violence.

Key issues are identified and recommendations provided.
