Statistics on men and women in the parastatals of Namibia

This booklet has been prepared in order to show whether Namibia has attained the SADC Declaration’s 30% target of women representation in decision-making positions by 2005. It contains gender disaggregated data about about Namibian women representation in senior management levels in the parastatals. It is hope these booklets will serve as a self assessment tool to encourage Namibian institutions to revisit their commitments.
