This is an analysis of the orders of the Supreme Court and relates to the Right to Information Act in India. It also covers decisions of information commissions and what they imply about the quality of governance.

The rationale for this work is that all public decisions should be accessible to the average citizen.

The Supreme Court holds that Information Commissions can also act to ensure compliance with the Right to Information Act.
