Uganda women’s network UWONET- Gender policy

The empowerment of women has always been used as a primary indicator of the success of all of UWONET’s interventions. UWONET continues to be guided by mandates already clearly stated in a number of policy documents. The purpose of UWONET’s Gender policy is to compile these decisions and steering documents into a coherent of guideline on achieving gender aquality.
