Violence against women: curriculum materials for legal studies

Two seminar packages on the topics of domestic violence and sexual assault. They purport to provide teachers with materials which would be readily adaptable for use in law or related teaching in any Commonwealth jurisdiction. It is a compilation of material that a teacher or student might find useful, particularly because it draws on comparative legislation and case law. The packages comprise a combination of case law, legislation and other relevant material. There is a dearth of material on sexual assault and domestic violence in customary law.
