Words into action: The Namibian women’s manifesto

This manifesto aims to urge voters to consider issues that are important to women and children when selecting a candidate or party for elections; mobilise women as 51% of the electorate to actively participate in the elections; lobby parties to include at least 50% of women candidates on party lists and suggest the president increases the number of women in cabinet and monitor and evaluate progress in women’s advancement.
