Zambia’s fifth and sixth country report on the implementation of CEDAW

The state report on CEDAW provided the Zambian Government with a moment to take stock of its legislative, judicial and administrative functions, in order to assess the impact of these functions on the rights and welfare of women in the country. The report emphasises the measures taken to implement the CEDAW and the factors and difficulties affecting the implementation.
