An critical analysis of an episode of Quantum Leap called “What Price Gloria?À was performed. By applying a theory of gender that saw gender as a performance that is constructed from many different positionalities including the passer, the dupe, and the in-group clairvoyant (Robinson, 1993), this paper was able to reveal how this episode created a space for a fluid conceptualization of sex and gender.
