Maputo, 30 de Março: Moçambique é o paÁs lusófono com o maior número de mulheres no parlamento, com 39.6 por cento dos duzentos e cinquenta deputados.
A nÁvel mundial, Moçambique ocupa o décimo terceiro lugar, enquanto Angola fica na décima nona posição, com 36.8 por cento.
Cabo Verde ocupa o sexagésimo terceiro, com uma Assembleia Nacional constituÁda por 20.8 por cento de mulheres.
A Moçambique seguem-se, por ordem decrescente, Timor-Leste, Angola, Portugal, Guiné Equatorial, Cabo Verde, São Tomé e PrÁncipe, Guiné-Bissau e Brasil.
O Brasil, que ocupa a última posição entre os paÁses lusófonos, estÁ¡ no centésimo décimo sexta lugar, com nove por cento de mulheres na Câmara dos Deputados e treze ponto seis por cento de mulheres do Senado Federal.
