At the Coalface: Gender and Local Government in Madagascar

This report summary is the second phase of research that stemmed from the Gender Links (GL) publication: “At the Coalface: Gender and Local Government in Southern Africa”. The objective of the second phase is to broaden research on gender and local government in all SADC countries that GL is currently working. The first phase was conducted in four countries; namely Lesotho, Mauritius, Namibia and South Africa.
