Critical Thinking Forum on GBV kicks off

As part of the Sixteen Days of Activism, Gender Links (GL) and UNICEF are convening a one and half day Critical Thinking Forum on measuring GBV from the 2nd to the 3rd of December 2014. The forum brings together a broad range of experts, including representatives from national statistical offices, national gender ministries, United Nations agencies, academia and non-governmental organisations to review methodologies for measuring GBV in the SADC region, and the underlying drivers, including childhood experiences of violence.

GL will also host a Google hangout :Femicide. Getting Away with murder inline with this forum.
