Chirumanzu RDC is located in the small town of Mvuma, in the Midlands region of Zimbabwe. Synonymous for its mining activity. Having joined the COE programme in 2015, the council is making relative progress to integrate gender in their service delivery.

The council is a spoke council in the hub and spoke programme for gender mainstreaming, mentored by Zibagwe RDC.
