Mafeka was addressing Gender Links members from 7 SADC countries-Zimbabwe, Zambia, Madagascar, Namibia, Swaziland, Botswana and Lesotho, community councilors, district gender officers and staff members at a 5 day workshop. She said Lesotho has shown considerable development in implementing the SADC Protocol on gender relations
