SADC Gender Protocol Baseline Barometer citizen score card

Attached is a score card linked to a matrix of the 28 targets in the SADC Protocol on Gender and Development and the extent to which the fifteen SADC governments have achieved these targets. Please put your score (1=very low; 10=excellent) in the box next to each target and email to alliance@genderlinks.org.za.

The score card is also being administered at the parallel civil society meeting to the SADC Heads of State summit and at workshops around the region in September/October. The scores will then be summed up and averaged to give us sector and an overall Gender and Development score for 2009. This exercise will be repeated every year until 2015: the deadline for the 28 targets.
