This report is an account of   gender action plan workshops conducted by Gender Links (GL) in collaboration wiht The Department of Provincial and Local Government (dplg) and the South African Local Government Association (SALGA) in nine provinces of South Africa between April and July 2008 with the support from The Danish International Development Agency (DANIDA).
