TVM is the national information channel which falls under public broadcasting.The TVM has been part of the COE process since 2010 at the beginning of GL’s activities in Madagascar. Since the strike of 2009 during which the station was burnt and ransacked, the station have faced problems of infrastructure. But they do not give up and make effort to renovate and try to get the materials that they need. Unfortunately, they cannot restore their archives. The station has at about 180 employees and works with Gender Links since 2010. Read more |
