Facilitation of SA Alliance

This case study outlines how the Alliance through Gender Links (GL) and South African Women in dialogue (SAWID), who have a signed MOU with the alliance has used the alliance focal network to conduct provincial dialogues in the 9 provinces of South Africa to collate evidence of the demands that the women of South Africa have since the 1954 Women’s Charter. The provincial dialogues added the voices of the women on the ground to the South Africa Barometer and the establishment of the alliance at provincial level.
