Desrciption : A taxi driver , Michael Kgopedi, charged with raping a 26 year old woman in 2009 threw Extension 2 magistrate court into jitters when he described events of that night.

While Investigating Officer Nthata Segametsi insisted that Kgopedi had raped the woman who had hitchhiked a ride from the bus rank to Bontleng, the accused said in fact it was a woman who had demanded sex from from him while he was still driving .Giving unsworn evidence, Kgopedi said while still shell shocked at the womans advances, she threw open her thighs. He said he could only peep through the mini skirt as he was trying hard to concerntrate on his driving. Meanwhile the complainant grabbed his manhood and he the favour by gabbing at her private parts. All the while , he said they were grabbing and caressing until they arrived at River walk filling station where he filled the car with fuel.
