Building on its long-standing relationship with media and LGBTI groups, GL has worked to create platforms for research, dialogue and networking between media stakeholders, practitioners and LGBTI activists. In 2015, GL added representation and portrayal of LGBTI in the media in the Gender and Media Progress Study. With support from the Ford Foundation, GL extended the consultations on the research and its findings to organisations in East and West Africa. These consultations have led to the sharing and development of training materials and an attitude survey on LGBTI.  Click here for the preliminary analysis report.
