Launch of Children Annual Report

Mary attended the launch of the Children Annual Report by the ombudsperson for children. This is the seventh report detailing actions undertaken and activities carried out over the year.

The report touched on issues relating to the protection of children including the chain of services, school discipline, children in the media, communication, training, complaints and investigations.

The report is also an opportunity for the ombudsperson to analyse situations related to the rights of the child and formulate proposals to various stakeholders.

Women in Networking

Loga is attending a press conference organised by WIN. She will talk about women in politics and the 16 Days campaign.

Meeting with the Acting President of the Republic

Loga is forming part of a delegation of five women who are paying a courtesy call to the Acting President of the Republic who is at the moment replacing the President.
